Gemini GPL respects the rights of copyright owners, licensors, creators, and publishers. If you believe that material referenced or presented on the website infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice for review.

What a DMCA notice should include

To help Gemini GPL review a complaint efficiently, a notice should include:

  • identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • the exact URL or location of the material in question
  • the name and contact details of the complaining party
  • a statement describing the basis of the complaint
  • a statement that the submitted information is accurate to the best of the sender’s knowledge
  • a statement that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder where applicable

Review process

After receiving a sufficiently detailed complaint, Gemini GPL may review the report, assess the referenced material, and take appropriate action if necessary. This may include temporary removal, content revision, request for clarification, or rejection of incomplete notices.

Counter-notice concept

If content is removed or restricted following a complaint, the affected party may be given an opportunity to respond or submit a counter-notice where appropriate and legally relevant.

False or misleading complaints

Please do not submit knowingly false, abusive, or misleading copyright complaints. Incomplete or unsupported notices may delay review or receive no action.

A dedicated reporting address or form may be added in the future for copyright complaints. Until then, copyright concerns should be submitted through the official contact method provided by Gemini GPL when available.
